Discoloration and dirt, along with algae, mold and mildew build up, will take its toll on appearance and contibute to deterioration of the wood. Cleaning and protection are vital. There is no bad time to do your deck or fence. Doing it in the spring or summer gives you a chance to enjoy it longer. Doing it in the Fall, helps protect it from the ravages of winter and you start right out enjoying it in the Spring.

Have a really tough job? We have talked alot about low pressure washing because it is very effective and the safest method for your property. It is in your best interest that we try gentle pressure first. We use low pressure whenever possible but we are not limited at all. If the surface requires it, we have all the horse power needed. Don't let the fact we specialize in residential washing fool you. We use commercial grade equipment and cleaning formulas. Our commercial grade, high volume, equipment will provide up to 3500 psi to handle the toughest jobs. Together with our custom formulas, that's plenty of pressure!
